The location was great, just a two blocks from the beach in one direction and three blocks from the tube station in the other. Supermarkets and restaurants minutes away. And Uber is very cheap throughout Rio for anything further away. Breakfast was great, with delicious fruit, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, different breads, cereals and cake too. Fruit juice, Brazil tea and coffee. It was all continuously replaced with more before it ran out. (Check their Instagram for pictures) The staff were very helpful and willing to help with anything we needed help on (even contacting a different hotel we were going to later in the trip)

The staff were always friendly and helpful - Alcir at the front desk oversaw our arrival very late at night, as well as our very early departure, and was always cheery despite the inconvenient hours. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean, with a good hot shower. The hotel is very nicely situated - only a block from the beachfront, and near lots of supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, fast food, etc. The Metro is also only a few minutes' walk away, so the location is very convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the attentive staff in the breakfast room. We really enjoyed our stay and it is a great base for exploring the rest of Rio.

The property had an amazing location. I feel like if you’re going to Rio de Janeiro for the first time, it can be difficult to find the best location because there are many different options (copa,Ipanema,Leblon,…). That was also our concern, but it was definitely the best location for us. You could walk to Copacabana in 5 minutes and if you want to go to ipanema or leblon or a different location, just take Uber (it’s cheap). The staff was also amazing. They spoke English very well and you can ask for a late check out (only if the room isn’t booked for a new person). They also keep your luggage if your flight is at night. Would definitely recommend! We also had a very big room.

The main thing I like about this hotel was how close everything was (i.e. market, restaurants, and beach). Everything that you needed was roughly about 5 to 10 minute walk. The area is very safe for all to walk around even at night. Next, I did like the staff here. Everyone is kind and courteous. Most of the staff did speak English, which help tremendously. They give you helpful suggestions around the area and activities to do around Rio. Lastly, the amenities I felt like were decent for the price you pay for. To start, they have a basic gym, pool, and balcony on the top floor. I especially enjoy the balcony to go out and get some fresh air and relax. Most importantly, the view is amazing. You can observe most of the landmarks of Rio.

Staff. All receptionists are superfriendly and do speak good English. Catering and cleaning personnel are very helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. AC is good. Pool is standard size for Rio rooftop pools. so check its size if you really need a swimming pool.

The staff were wonderful. Front desk, to the cleaning staff to servers were really helpful and very accommodating especially for people who only speak English. Rooms were clean and modern. The location was literally one block walk to the beach and in a great metropolitan location. Close to restaurants, convenient stores, and banks with ATMs. Rooms were spacious. The free breakfast was robust... Great value and experience!

Location was great, in the center of copacabana and at 3 mins walking from the beach. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The receptionists were all super kind, welcoming and happy to help with any question. The room was huge and very clean. The air conditioning had also a night mode which is super silent.

The location was ideal and I loved how close it was to Copacabana Beach. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection was okay, not a wide variety but something you can enjoy. The double room is super spacious and the bed is comfy.

Pros: location, very friendly staff, breakfast, comfortable beds. Nice view of the city, the shower worked very well, good AC. Good hotel overall, I would come back.

Well, it was my 3rd time in Rio de Janeiro. Nice Hotel, very good location. Staff is great, people are polite & friendly. Breakfast is great, the ladies there are fast and nice. I had some problems with the internet (because I had to work a few hours a day), it was slow or disconnected and reconnected, but I believe they will fix it. Overall all good !!
